TO CREATE A GROUP

  1. Click MY GROUPS in the navigation bar.
  2. Click CREATE NEW GROUP in the Upper Right hand corner
  3. Fill out the required information:
    1. Enter Group Name
    2. Enter Group Description
    3. Enter the Emails or usernames of members you would like to invite to join
      • Make sure to SPELL the emails and names correctly!
      • Separate each name or email by pressing ENTER (every email should be on its own line)
    4. Type an Invite Message
      • This message will be emailed to every user you invite to this group
    5. List your group in The Marketplace
      • Listing your group in the Market place allows other users to find your group and join it.
      • IMPORTANT: This will make your group a PUBLIC group!
      • DO NOT check this box if you want to keep your group completely private!
    6. Allow users to register
      • IMPORTANT: Selecting this option lets users request to join your group!
    7. Automatically approve users who register
      • IMPORTANT: This makes your group an OPEN group (open to anyone who wants to join!)
    8. Enter a Registration Message
  4. Press SAVE GROUP
  5. You’re finished!!  Find out what you can do with your groups.


JOIN AN EXISTING GROUP

  1. Click MY GROUPS in the navigation bar.
  2. Click JOIN GROUPS in the upper right corner
  3. Fill out the required information.

SEE OTHER GROUP MEMBERS

  1. Click MY GROUPS in the navigation bar.
  2. Click the GROUP NAME of the desired group.
  3. Click MEMBERS

REMOVE MYSELF FROM A GROUP

  1. Click MY GROUPS in the navigation bar.
  2. Check off the boxes next to the groups you’d like to be removed from
  3. Click REMOVE at the bottom of the page

INVITE MEMBERS, CHANGE THE NAME OR CHANGE GROUP OPTIONS

  1. You MUST be the ADMINISTRATOR to change group options!
  2. Click MY GROUPS in the navigation bar.
  3. Click the GROUP NAME of the desired group.
  4. Click ADMIN at the top of the page

POST A PROJECT IN A TRACKING GROUP

  1. You MUST be in a group to post a project!
  2. Click TRACKING in the navigation bar.
  3. Click NEW in the upper right hand corner
  4. Enter the project information
  5. Click SAVE

POST A MESSAGE TO A PROJECT ON YOUR TRACKING BOARD

  1. Type your message in the Text box
  2. Click POST MESSAGE

VIEW/HIDE MESSAGES

  1. Click VIEW/HIDE MESSAGES

PRINT YOUR TRACKING BOARD

  1. Click PRINTABLE VIEW

SEARCH TRACKING

  1. Click SEARCH in the upper right hand corner
