MY ACCOUNT

FilmTracker users can manage their accounts in the MY ACCOUNT section.  This allows members to use FilmTracker’s pay services and automatically charge them to a credit card without having to enter and transmit this information repeatedly.  You can create a group or individual accounts, each with a different credit card.   When creating a group account, you may give one or many groups access to this account.  These group members can then use FilmTracker’s pay services (such as INFOSOURCE) and charge purchases to the group account. This service is particularly useful for companies and collaborative groups because it provides for centralized billing and access.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Before you can post or purchase anything on FilmTracker, you MUST create an account.  You will automatically be prompted to do so.


MY ACCOUNT

An overview of your various FilmTracker accounts.

  1. ACCOUNT NAME – The name of the account
  2. DATE CREATED
  3. # ORDERS - The number of purchases you’ve charged to this account
  4. TOTAL $ - Total cash amount you’ve charged to this account


CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT
  1. Click MY ACCOUNT on the Left Navigation Bar
  2. Click ADD A NEW ACCOUNT NOW
  3. Enter the following information:
    1. Account name
    2. Description
    3. Card Number
    4. Expiration
    5. Full Name (appearing on the credit card)
    6. Address (for this credit card)
    7. City
    8. State
    9. Zip
    10. Country
  4. Click PROCESS
  5. Choose whether you want this to be a personal or group account
    1. Individual Account – Only YOU can use this account to purchase
    2. Group Account – Check off the names of groups that may use this account to purchase
    3. New Group – You may create a new group for this account
  6. Click SAVE


EDIT ACCOUNT INFORMATION

  1. NOTE: You can only do this if you’re the account ADMINISTRATOR! (i.e. You created this account)
  2. Click MY ACCOUNT
  3. Click ACCOUNT NAME for the account you’re trying to view
  4. Click ADMIN
  5. Click EDIT ACCOUNT INFORMATION


EDIT ACCOUNT ACCESS – group or individual

  1. NOTE: You can only do this if you’re the account ADMINISTRATOR! (i.e. You created this account)
  2. Click MY ACCOUNT
  3. Click ACCOUNT NAME for the account you’re trying to view
  4. Click ADMIN
  5. Click EDIT ACCOUNT ACCESS


EDIT CREDIT CARD INFORMATION FOR AN ACCOUNT

  1. NOTE: You can only do this if you’re the account ADMINISTRATOR! (You created this account)
  2. Click MY ACCOUNT
  3. Click ACCOUNT NAME for the account you’re trying to view
  4. Click ADMIN
  5. Click EDIT CREDIT CARD INFO


DELETE AN ACCOUNT

  1. NOTE: You can only do this if you’re the account ADMINISTRATOR! (i.e. You created this account)
  2. Click MY ACCOUNT
  3. Click ACCOUNT NAME for the account you’re trying to view
  4. Click ADMIN
  5. Click DELETE THIS ACCOUNT


SEE ALL ORDERS PLACED TO AN ACCOUNT

  1. NOTE: You can only do this if you’re the account ADMINISTRATOR! (i.e. You created this account)
  2. Click MY ACCOUNT
  3. Click ACCOUNT NAME for the account you’re trying to view
  4. Click ORDERS in the upper right corner
  5. For order details, click the order number


SEE ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS CHARGED TO AN ACCOUNT

  1. NOTE: You can only do this if you’re the account ADMINISTRATOR! (You created this account)
  2. Click MY ACCOUNT
  3. Click ACCOUNT NAME for the account you’re trying to view
  4. Click SUBSCRIPTIONS in the upper right corner
