Rolodex
The FilmTracker Rolodex is your personal and private Rolodex of people, projects
and companies. Use the FilmTracker Rolodex to maintain your personal contacts,
their companies and credits.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When you post projects in FilmTracker’s Marketplace using
MY PROJECTS, you can only add credits to your projects with people that are
in your Rolodex. See ADD PEOPLE TO YOUR ROLODEX below.

ADD PEOPLE TO YOUR ROLODEX
- Click MY FILMTRACKER
- Click ROLODEX
- Click ADD PERSON in the upper left hand corner
- Enter INFO.
- This is general information for the person you’re entering in your rolodex.
- You may put this entry in the Public Directory for other to see by checking off the ‘publish’ box at the bottom of the page.
- Click SAVE or, Click CONTINUE if you would like to add the following information:
- Enter CREDITS. You may attach this person to projects you have entered in MY PROJECTS
- Enter EMPLOYER. You may add companies to this person. Select from companies in your Rolodex.
- Enter REPRESENTATION. You may add agents, managers, publicists or attorneys for this person.
- Enter CLIENTS. If this person is a representative, you may add his/her clients (from your Rolodex)
ADD COMPANIES TO YOUR ROLODEX
- Click MY FILMTRACKER
- Click ROLODEX
- Click ADD COMPANY in the upper left hand corner
- Enter INFO. This is general information for the COMPANY you’re entering in
your rolodex.
- You may put this entry in the Public Directory for other to see
by checking off the ‘publish’ box at the bottom of the page.
- Click SAVE or, Click CONTINUE if you would like to add the following information:
- Enter CREDITS. You may attach this company to projects you have entered in MY PROJECTS.
- Enter EMPLOYEES. You may add employees to this company. Select from people in your Rolodex.
- Enter CLIENTS. You may add clients if this company represents people as an agent, manager, lawyer, publicist, etc.
- Enter COMPANIES. You may associate this company with other companies it has a relationships with (e.g. domestic distributor, foreign distributor, sales agent).
